OF PRODUCT ORDERS
All orders placed through this website are subject to acceptance by BABYLAMB. To order your cuts and / or products you must first place your order, secondly make the payment using the payment methods mentioned on the site and thirdly you will be sent an order confirmation email.
Your order will be shipped by ESTAFETA and it will be delivered within 1 to 3 business days.
GUARANTEES AND WARRANTIES
The return and exchange of a product is only valid if it arrives in bad condition (talking about chopped or opened product, meat of inadequate color, meat with bad smell).
Returns and exchange of orders
1. According to the stipulations of these Terms of Delivery, you may return the products received once you have contacted our BABYLAMB customer service department at 395 725 5098 and such request has been authorized.
2. If you decide to return your order without any of the causes established in the following paragraph, we will exchange the product for a brand new one, as long as the following conditions and requirements are met:
A.- The product remains new and unused and has not suffered an essential and serious deterioration due to causes attributable to you;
B.- That the product is presented in its original packaging, whether it is a box, wrapper, or any other in which it was delivered, as well as the original labels must be attached in their original form, without detaching them;
C.- It is within the term of 3 (three) calendar days counted from the date you have received the product, and
D.- you provide proof that the product was purchased from the official website www.babylamb.com.mx. In the event that the products are not returned in compliance with the conditions and requirements mentioned herein, BABYLAMB shall have the right to charge you or not to exchange the product and the expenses derived from its return.
3. In this case of return of the product without cause due to your withdrawal from the purchase, we will exchange the product for a brand new one, as well as the costs related to the shipment of the products to your attention.
4. In case your order has been DELIVERED; in bad conditions, with manufacturing faults, you will be able to return and exchange the product as long as you comply with the rules established in point number 2 mentioned above.
5. BABYLAMB will only accept a single product return on the same order and/or user.
6. BABYLAMB will send you an email to notify you of your return.
Instructions for Product Return with Logistics Provider
1. In order for your product return to be approved by the logistics provider, you will need to comply with the following conditions and requirements:
(i) call BABYLAMB’s phone number,
(ii) receive, print and attach the return authorization form for product return guide from BABYLAMB,
(iii) take the necessary precautions when packing the package. To know the measures and packaging requirements, you may consult the web page of the logistics provider and that appear on the web page estafeta.com.
(iv) deliver the return package to the logistics provider assigned for such purpose; and
(v) provide the delivery documentation provided by the courier company.
2. The return of products will be at BABYLAMB’s risk.

2.- The information contained or made available on or through the website or from libel, defamation or any other conduct in violation of these terms and conditions by the USER in the use of the website.
